While for now, doing at university is my focus, I will always come back to yoga because it offers me a therapy so deep that I will never find anywhere else! :)

"I have Rheumatoid Arthritis (spine and lower back problem, both legs sciatica, pinched two nerves in the neck, numbness of both arms and legs).
Only after the first 8 classes I felt a huge improvement in my body. I have 
also experienced significantly greater patience, concentration and mindfulness accompanied by greater flexibility,
higher energy level and overall improved physical condition.
Generally I feel great physically and mentally! My physical problems, unfortunately can’t disappear from my body, but when I do BY, I don’t feel that I have a problem.
I'd never heard of Bikram Yoga before my first class, I couldn't even imagine the heat in the room!
After the first class, I sat at home, dehydrated with the horrifying headache and dizziness but I remember that I was really pleased and positive,
excited and determined to come back to the next class and from then my life has changed positively.
All staff at BYSH are beautiful I can only say positive things! Thank you for your existing!"

"I practice because it is fantastic for weight maintenance, core strength and because of the way I feel for the day following a class (fantastic!).
Bikram has helped me in returning to pre-pregnancy weight and core strength and has helped me feel more in control of my body following heavy weight gain in pregnancy.
I started yoga at Sutherland Shire Bikram which I found was really motivating and I loved the facilities (excellent change rooms) and extras (oranges after class!)
as well as I felt it was really well organized with skilled teachers who were all inspirational in their own unique way.
I have had to move away from the area for a short time since and am  returning to the Shire in June and can't wait to get back to 
Bikram Sutherland Shire!"

"I love the friendliness & enthusiasm of the teachers at the Bikram Sutherland Shire yoga studio.
I have been to different Bikram yoga studios in other countries and have to say this is one of my favourites!
The teachers know your name and make you feel comfortable. They see any little improvements in class and are really encouraging & positive.
The studio is bright,clean & has little touches like hairdryers, yoga apparel for sale, make up counter, body wash in the showers,
tissues, fresh slices of orange for after classes!
All of the above are the reasons why I practice at this studio. It is such a nice and friendly atmosphere!
Although I havent been yet, I do plan on going to one of the monthly posture clinics.
Bikram yoga helps my mental health, for me it relieves stress, i work full time in a job that can be quite challenging, so it is my 90 minutes of 'me' time.
I find it calming after a hectic day & it's also a great form of exercise."

"I love and practice Bikram yoga because I see it as an important part of my life. It waters the growth of not only the body but also the mind and the spirit.
I used to struggle with doing the postures initially, but now I have learnt (and am still learning) to respect my limits, enjoy the practice and still see the wonderful progress I am making.

"I practise Bikram Yoga because it helps me exercise and meditate at the same time.
It helps me focus on myself for 90 minutes and even if I don't have a great class in terms of improving my postures my frame of mind is always positive and I feel refreshed after every class.
I love Bikram Sutherland Shire because it is more than a yoga studio its a community, I've been to other Syndey studios but they don't compare- they don't have Nathan and his lovely team.
We are so fortunate to have a teacher that provides posture clinics, special guest teachers and birthday parties."

"I love doing exercises that help me feel fit and energised. I also love having a great time with my self to work on personal and spiritual achievements.
In yoga I've found the best combination of these 2 worlds and that's why it is so important to me.
Since I started doing Bikram yoga, I felt that I was really working every part of my body and that engaged me from the very beginning.
In addition, I feel it is a privilege getting all the toxins out of my body through all the sweat.
There are some other benefits like loosing weight as well as feeling all the changes in my body like more strength, improved immune system,
my back pains have been reduced significantly, more flexibility, etc, etc...

"I have very bad back and neck pain. I was only trying bikram, however I felt the benefit after first class. I also lost some weight which is bonus for me. Now I feel the reason for my back pain is because my back muscle isn't strong at all. Bikram not only help me stretch but also built up my muscle. I can feel the improvement in every single class. I love the teachers and yogi from sutherland bikram, they are very nice. I also love the meditation program. I feel very pleased after my first meditation class. "I LOVE BIKRAM YOGA!

I started Bikram Yoga as an exercise as I was over the gym after 7 years, but after doing Bikram yoga for 2 years now I have found the health and emotional benefits far way out the exercise element of it.
Don't get me wrong for someone of my age the toning is great too! I do Bikram yoga 3 x times a week and always look forward to a class.
2013 was a tough year for me and if it wasn't for Bikram yoga I don't know where I would be today. It helped me get out of bed each day and face the day.
The teachers at Bikram Yoga Sutherland Shire are the best!
They make it a caring community and are always there with an ear whether it be about your yoga postures or just a chat about life in general."

"I started practice on a self healing journey. 3 surgery's over 12 months all unsuccessful.
I was highly active before and 12 months of nothing left me feeling yuck.
4 weeks into training I am feeling internal benefits and can honestly say I am healing.

"Why do I practice - I started out with just wanting to get more flexible. I continue to practice as I have not only improved my flexibility but also my determination, balance, strength and overall wellbeing.
I feel more efficient with work and my life in general.
My thoughts are clearer thanks to the 90 minute mental rest I get where I am led through the postures and can reduce my focus to the posture and just breathe.
I don't remember being this fit in years nor felling so healthy and happy.
